Return Policy

We will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise purchased on our Web Sites for return or exchange, provided that we receive the items at our shipping address within 30 days of delivery.  Upon receipt and confirmation of the availability for such a return, we will credit your original form of payment or send out the item you wish to exchange.  Please note: Brazos Gold Works is not responsible for non Brazos Gold Works items shipped back to us in error. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Shipping costs for returned items shall be incurred by the purchaser and not Brazos Gold Works.
